10 - 1 cup purple cauliflower florets
11 - 1/2 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
12 - 1 cup radishes, sliced
13 - 1/2 cup black olives (optional, for color contrast)
→ Dip
14 - 1 cup hummus (store-bought or homemade)
15 - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt dip or ranch (optional)
# Method:
01 - Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly.
02 - Slice, peel, and cut each vegetable as specified.
03 - On a large serving board or platter, arrange vegetables in rows or concentric circles by color, starting with reds and progressing to purples to create a rainbow effect.
04 - Place hummus and optional dips in small bowls and set them on or near the serving board.
05 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
