  • Ocean-Themed Candies: 1 cup gummy worms (for tentacles), 1 cup blue raspberry candy belts cut into strips, 1 cup rock candy (for coral), 1 cup candy pearls or edible sugar pearls

Instructions

Prepare Jellyfish Gummies:
In a saucepan, heat fruit juice and sugar over low heat until sugar dissolves. Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture and stir until fully dissolved. Add food coloring and lemon juice. Pour into jellyfish-shaped silicone molds (or round molds for the body and a shallow mold for the tentacles). Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
Prepare Decorative Jellies:
In a separate saucepan, heat coconut water and sugar until warm. Stir in gelatin and desired food coloring. Pour into shallow molds or a baking dish. Chill for 30 minutes, then cut into seaweed or wave shapes.
Assemble the Platter:
