# Components:
→ Jellyfish Gummies
01 - 1 cup fruit juice (apple, grape, or berry)
02 - 2 tbsp powdered gelatin or agar-agar (vegetarian alternative)
03 - 3 tbsp granulated sugar
04 - Food coloring (optional, blue, pink, purple)
05 - 1 tsp lemon juice
→ Decorative Jellies
06 - 1 cup coconut water or clear soda
07 - 2 tbsp powdered gelatin or agar-agar
08 - 2 tbsp granulated sugar
09 - Food coloring (various ocean-inspired colors)
→ Ocean-Themed Candies
10 - 1 cup gummy worms
11 - 1 cup blue raspberry candy belts, cut into strips
12 - 1 cup rock candy
13 - 1 cup candy pearls or edible sugar pearls
# Method:
01 - In a saucepan, warm fruit juice and sugar over low heat until sugar dissolves. Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture and stir thoroughly until fully dissolved. Add food coloring and lemon juice. Pour into jellyfish-shaped silicone molds or substitute with round and shallow molds. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
02 - In a separate saucepan, warm coconut water and sugar until warm but not boiling. Stir in gelatin and desired food coloring until completely dissolved. Pour the mixture into shallow molds or a baking dish. Chill for 30 minutes, then cut into seaweed or wave shapes.
03 - Arrange the jellyfish gummies centrally on a large serving tray. Attach gummy worms and candy belt strips to the bottom of each jellyfish body to represent tentacles. Scatter decorative jellies, rock candy, and candy pearls around to create an underwater scene.
04 - Keep the assembled platter chilled until serving to maintain optimal texture and presentation.
